Irv Slifkin is a writer and editor for Movies Unlimited in Philadelphia, one of the world's leading video retailers and publisher of the annual encyclopedic Movies Unlimited Video Catalog and the www.moviesunlimited.com Web site. Under the name "Movie Irv," he reviews movies and videos each week for Philadelphia-based WIP-AM's "The Morning Guys" radio show.

Slifkin has contributed articles on film and video to Entertainment Weekly, the Los Angeles Times, the Philadelphia Inquirer, the Chicago Tribune, Video Business, Empire, TV Guide Interactive, and Delaware Valley Magazine, where he was film critic.
